Dana Heifetz writes primarily in Hebrew. Several of her English-language texts have been published at Hebräische Bücherei, Berlin. ​Her three books of short stories are In the Desert of Things (2021) with photographs by Yoram Kupermintz, Another Effort (2020), and Dolphins in Kiryat Gat (2015). Her book of philosophy, Secular Grace, was published in 2017 by Brill-Rodopi. Her first novel, The Blue House, is forthcoming. She was writer-in-residence at the National Library of Israel in 2019. She works as a bibliotherapist in Tel-Aviv.
