Emma Miao’s first chapbook is Geography of Mothers (Frog Hollow Press, 2021). Her poems have also been in Diode Poetry Journal, HOBART, Frontier Poetry, Quarterly West, Atlanta Review, Permafrost Magazine, Rust + Moth, and The Fiddlehead. Her poem "Rabbits on the Balcony" won the Ralph Gustafson Prize for Best Poem in 2021. She lives in Vancouver, Canada.
